NAVA was founded by a yoga instructor who lives in activewear every day. After years of teaching and practicing, it became clear that most workout clothing focused on trends rather than how it actually feels to wear. We wanted to create something better — activewear designed for comfort, movement, and everyday life.

The name NAVA comes from the Sanskrit word Nava (नव), meaning new or fresh. It represents renewal, movement, and the feeling of starting each day with energy and confidence.

From the beginning, we chose a different approach to fabric. Most NAVA pieces are completely polyester-free. Instead of relying on polyester, we use carefully selected nylon and spandex blends that are breathable, smooth, and comfortable against the skin. The result is fabric that feels like a second skin — supportive, lightweight, and made to move naturally with your body.

Our collections are inspired by the energy and beauty of natural stones, with colors like Amazonite, Fire Opal, Peach Moonstone, and Sodalite, each representing balance, strength, renewal, and clarity.
