How do NAVA pieces fit?
Second-skin feel with plenty of stretch. Our adaptive sizing—XS, S/M, M/L—is designed to cover more bodies with fewer sizes. S/M comfortably fits most Smalls and many Mediums; M/L fits most Mediums and many Larges. If you’re between sizes, choose S/M for a more compressive hold or M/L for a relaxed feel. (Quick guide: usually wear S → S/M, M → S/M snug or M/L relaxed, L → M/L.) Check our size guide for measurements.
When will I receive my order?
We work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible:
UAE orders: Shipped the same day or next day and usually delivered within 1–3 business days.
GCC orders: Delivered within 3–7 business days.
International orders: Estimated delivery within 5–14 business days, depending on your country’s customs and courier services.
What is your return policy?
You can return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition with tags attached. Trying on for fit is fine — just ensure they’re not worn during workouts. To start a return, click "Start a return" at the bottom of the page or simply reach out to us by email.
How do I care for my NAVA clothing?
Machine wash cold, gentle cycle. Do not bleach. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Do not iron.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
